internal logging roads which provides access
throughout the property, but is in need of some
maintenance and repair. Approximately 9.9 miles
are mainline roads and 13 miles are secondary.
The majority of the property may be harvested us-
ing ground-based systems.
76% of the Wilkins Creek tract, 4,011 acres, is clas-
sied as forestland. 1,255 acres are grasslands and
include a large meadow that could easily accom-
modate an airstrip. Within the grassland area are
two stock ponds, along with an old hunters’ cabin
that is in disrepair. Two ranchers lease the Wilkins
Tract for grazing through 2014, which generates
