and the summit at Snoqualmie Ski Resort. The
retreat complex was built in 2007-2008 at a cost
that exceeded $2.8 million, and has been used
as a family retreat. The lodge can accommodate
twenty-plus guests, and is a five minute drive
from Exit 62 at I-90.
The property has a gated entry, is located along
a ridge overlooking Kachess Lake, and is part
of the Kachess Ridge Maintenance Association
which includes both vacation and permanent
homes that are along Kachess Lake, a large
reservoir within the Okanogan – Wenatchee
National Forest. Access to the lake from the
property is a five minute drive to both the Boat
Launch, and Campground.
Acquisition of the Kachess Lake Retreat, at one-
half its replacement cost, provides opportunity
for ownership of a private retreat, or as a live /
work complex for an artist, within a one hour
drive of Bellevue.
Main Lodge
This four-story, 5,418± square foot Craftsman-
style building, with spectacular views of the
Kachess Lake and Cascade Mountains, has five
