The greenhouses have not been maintained in re-

cent years and are in need of repair, with three of

the seventeen not currently useable.

Existing zoning is a two-acre minimum parcel

size, providing the option for demolition of the

greenhouses so that the property could be subdi-

vided into two or three additional home sites.

Use of the entire property as a nursery is a grand-

fathered use within the RR-2 Rural Residential

zoning, providing opportunity for a new owner

to utilize the greenhouses for commercial use.

The adjoining property to the west was also used
