Currently, the irrigated farmland is
leased to a local rancher who uses
the bulk of the irrigated land for
hay production, for both domestic
and export markets, with an annual
production of 2,000± tons. The Ranch
has two center pivots – 2012 Valley
and 1980s Wade Rain -- wheel lines,
and solid set hand lines. All irrigation
equipment is included in the sale.
The five year lease, which expires in
2020, includes use of two hay sheds
and a small two bedroom, one bath
home.
Annual lease payments are $76,000. There is a provision for early
