and Eastern Railroad. The Trail is
used occasionally by hikers and
horseback riders.
Improvements on Chapman Ranch
include a four bedroom, three
bath home which is currently
not occupied, located on a knoll
overlooking the irrigated farmland,
plus a small barn / shop by corrals
that have been used for livestock.
There is one hay shed located near
the main residence, and a second
hay shed by the irrigated farmland to the north end of the Ranch. Each shed can store up to 600 tons
of hay.
The small two bedroom, one bath home that is part of the agricultural lease is located on the northern
portion of the Ranch, and is near a historic stage coach barn.
